[Panda-webmaster] High pitched noise in Kinard 301

Not sure if this is who I should address this to, but there's currently a
loud, high pitched noise in Kinard 301 that's not related to the lights or
projector (I don't think).

My class is in the middle of an exam, so I can't really leave the room to
get someone to come look at it.
