Dear Celesté Hackett,

I am a student from China, and I want to apply for the PHD in Physics of
Clemson University in Fall, 2013, here I have an application question, it
will be very kind of you to answer my question:

Will the Physic Department accept IELTS instead of TOEFL as international
English test score? If not, I have been studying in UK for 2 years for my
master degree, may I waive submit the TOEFL score?
