NEW CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATION SYSTEM

You now may reserve the small conference spaces on the 5th and 6th floors using the new online software reservation system. Going forward, please utilize this system for reserving conference rooms.

Instructions:

Please visit http://www.seatme.com/clemson-university-mba to reserve a conference room. Be sure to select the correct party size. Once reservation has been made, please see iPad located on the 6th floor on the blue wall across from classroom 601 for room number details. On the iPad, locate and select your name from the reservations line up on the right. In the Reservation Details pop up, select Change Time & Table to see the room number you have been assigned. Note, each reservation is limited to a 2 hour maximum and must be reserved again if extended time is needed.


OUTSIDE EVENTS THIS WEEK – please avoid during designated areas during these times
March 31– A. T. Locke on the 5th floor from 9 – noon
April 1 - Chamber event on the 5th floor from 4-9 PM
April 3 - Trees Greenville event from 2-10 PM – there will be a LOT of items being brought up through the elevators so please be patient
April 5 - Iron Yard event 7-8 PM on the 5th floor

PARKING REMINDER
All Clemson student parking cards will expire on Wednesday, May 7th unless you take action


  *   If a student intends to cancel their parking card, the parking pass must be returned to the parking office at 1021 South Main Street.  The student should verify their mailing address and their $25 card deposit will be refunded.
  *   If a student intends to continue parking for  Summer Sessions, the student will need to notify parking services by April 1st in order to be billed for May parking fees and continue parking uninterrupted.
  *   If a student intends to continue parking in the Fall they may keep their parking pass but need to contact parking services by July 1st in order to be billed for August parking fees.
  *   New Students will be required to complete a “Clemson Parking Application”, pay a $25 parking card deposit, and receive their parking pass at the parking office located at 1021 South Main Street.  Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
  *   If you have any questions or need to make different arrangements, please contact the city directly at the email below. All parking arrangements must be made directly with them.

All students should send an email confirmation to jmccarthy at greenvillesc.gov<mailto:jmccarthy at greenvillesc.gov> indicating their parking preference (cancel, summer session, or fall) along with their name and billing address.

Clemson monthly parking fees are $40 per month.  Parking invoices are sent out on the 15th of the month for the next month.  Parking fees are due on the 1st payable by the 10th and late fees are accessed on the 11th.
