  *   Manage the consignment program we have with our customer, including:
     *   Coordinate with the factory planners to ensure schedules are maintained that align with our customer's weekly requirements
     *   Communicate with vendors, both domestically and internationally, to coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
     *   Coordinate with our customer on the timely delivery of special promotions and end caps
     *   Ensure weekly SOQs are met and WOS are maintained at an appropriate level
     *   Coordinate with factory planners for on time delivery of new product launches
     *   Review customer forecast accuracy as it relates to the appropriate management of the consignment program and track performance.
  *   Attend forecast meetings and communicate any supply issues with sales and forecasting.
  *   Manage E&O levels and work towards set target levels.
  *   Develop, document and share supply chain best practices.

Job Qualifications

  *   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. C.P.M. or APICS or ISM certification preferred.
  *   Minimum 7 years Purchasing, Planning, and/or Supply Chain Management - Six Sigma / Lean experience preferred.
  *   Experience working for or as a vendor to Big Box retailers is necessary.
  *   Proficient in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  *   Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel and Access.
  *   Capacity to work in a global, cross-functional organization.
  *   Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  *   Demonstrated leadership skills.
  *   Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills.
  *   Collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
  *   Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers is a must.
