January 09       Classes begin
January 16       Martin Luther King Jr., holiday- UNIVERSITY CLOSED
January 18       Last day to register or add a class
January 25       Last day to drop a class or withdraw from the
                 university without a "W" grade
February 1       Last day to order diploma for May commencement
March 16         Last day to drop a class or withdraw from the
                 university without final grades
March 19-23      Spring break
April 2          Registration for fall semester begins
April 20 - May 4 Exams
May 11           Graduation
