I hope that you had a great first week back!  I look forward to seeing many of you at the Greenville Drive game tonight.  Remember to wear your ORANGE and PURPLE!  If you RSVPed and have not picked up your tickets yet, they will be at Will Call at Fluor Field.  Try to arrive a few minutes early to be sure to catch Dr. Pickett throwing the first pitch!!

Internship Opportunities

Herlong Bates Burnett Insurance is seeking an intern to work approximately 20 hours/week.  This intern will be assisting them on the administrative end as well and business development.  Please send me your resume if you are interested.

Ista Tees is seeking a marketing intern to help develop a social media marketing strategy to increase their on-line visibility and sales.  Please see job duties bulleted below and send me your resume if you are interested:

 *   Developing a newsletter campaign

 *   Designing targeted campaigns
 *   Finding niche communities for us to target

Dean's Leadership Certificate
Please keep an eye out for upcoming information about the 2nd offering of the Dean's Leadership Certificate.  The Dean's Leadership Certificate will be offered again this spring semester with applications being taken in October.  December graduates are eligible to submit.  I will be sharing more information about this great opportunity in the coming weeks.

Congratulations to Joseph Rockwood and Wendi Witek who have been appointed the 2012-2013 Clemson MBA Student Senators.  We look forward to you representing our program!

Food Drive
Let's fill United Ministries Food Pantry!!!
We only have a few more days left in August, so please bring non-perishable food donations to the 2nd floor office marked "United Ministries Food Drive Drop-Off" throughout August. Donations will go to United Ministries at the end of the month.
