[Mba-nd-students] Parking garage fee July 4th

The Richardson Street garage will be charging a flat fee beginning at 2:45 PM on Friday, July 4th. If you enter the garage after this time you will have to pay the fee – your parking pass will not work. If you enter the garage before this time you should be able to leave with no problem.
