Financial Analyst- Concentrix
Seeking two financial analysts that will work in our Greenville, SC office. The start date for the first position is immediate and the second position starting in a few weeks.

We are looking for MBA graduates with a GPA above 3.0 with some business experience as a plus. Undergraduate degree recipients in finance and accounting will also be considered as long as the candidate has a high GPA and relevant experience in a business environment.

Job Description: The financial analyst will provide analysis and consolidation of financial data to a contract delivery team and financial executives on a monthly basis. This position is responsible for all revenue and cost of an outsourcing contract. The position requires the ability to consolidate and present financial results and forecasts at an executive level, and have the detail and knowledge of what is driving the revenue and cost at a micro-level. Position includes keeping project team up to date on how to increase profitability. This position will also include reconciliations, signings and backlog reporting, invoicing, month-end journals, compliance with audit, accounting assistance, and ad hoc projects for management.

Position summary:
This person will serve as an integral part of the marketing team by researching, compiling and analyzing commercial real estate and market data.  This information is used to assist with client site selection, due diligence consulting projects and property/location-related strategy.

Job duties:

·         Research, compile and analyze data on the Upstate market for current and prospective clients, including demographics, market saturation/competitive analysis.

·         Work with internal marketing and sales personnel to determine research needs

·         Compile analysis results and recommendations; work with marketing team to package data for use in marketing/sales presentations

·         Research and track Upstate market trends; collaborate with brokers regarding market forecasting

·         Use current market data resources for research; work to identify new resources for Upstate market data

·         Property tax and property cost analysis

·         Company focus areas include industrial, retail, office, land, healthcare, investment and multi-0family.  Geographical area covered is the Upstate (Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson)

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or Accounting required

·         2+ years of recent  experience in a similar role involving data research, compilation and analysis required

·         Must have strong computer and MS Office software skills

·         Must have advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts, graphs)

·         Must have strong aptitude for research and analysis

·         Prior experience as an analyst in the commercial real estate, banking, or investment industry preferred

·         Must be able to function well in a collaborative, team environment

·         Must be self-motivated and self-directed

·         Pre-hire screening includes drug screening, reference check and background check

An online self-paced study (text book/quizzes and case reflection) of Social Media Marketing in large, mid, small and startup businesses.
The course will cover basic and advanced terms, concepts, theories, strategies, and tools of today’s disruptive social media landscape from a converged technology infused marketing perspective.
