CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
The contractors are working on getting the locks fixed on all the sliding door closets on the 6th floor. They are doing most of the work after hours and should be done this week. The glass accordion doors for the 5th floor auditorium are on the way and will be installed when they arrive. This will create a bit of a mess around the auditorium. The contractors will tent with plastic – please stay clear of this area while the work is being done.

REMAINING FURNISHINGS
The last of the seating pieces and other furnishings for the shared areas will be delivered this week. The only things we’re still waiting for are some backordered pieces in staff offices and the board room reception area furniture.

A/V
Technicians are installing code and expect to have all the projectors and final A/V systems installed and operational by the end of next week. We are working on a solution to get power to the classroom tables and that will be installed as soon as possible.

BREAK ROOMS AND OFFICES
Please note that the break rooms and offices on the 7th and 8th floors are for staff and faculty only. The student break room is on the 6th floor, and if you need a private room to work please reserve one of the open conference rooms on the 5th or 6th floors.
