[cid:image004.png at 01CCF219.B6652D50]Mike Baur has served as Chief Executive Officer of ScanSource, Inc. since January 2000. He co-founded the Company in 1992 with only six employees. Mr. Baur served as president of the Company from its inception in 1992 until 2007. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since December 1995.



Today, the international Company posts sales of more than $2.5 billion, has 22 locations across North America, Latin America and Europe, and employs nearly 1,500.



Mr. Baur has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having served in various leadership and senior management roles in the technology and distribution industries before joining ScanSource, Inc.
