CONFERENCE ROOMS 5B AND 5C (VIDEO RECORDING ROOMS)
Please do not move/rearrange the furniture in these two rooms. The equipment is hardwired and cable managed to stay in place for optimum video recording; moving the furniture can disconnect the cabling and damage the system. These two rooms are designed to be used on an individual basis to practice presentations or make other video recordings. If you need space to meet as a group please reserve one of the other conference rooms.

MASTER ENTREPRENEUR EVENT – LIMITED SPACE

Saturday, April 5th – GROK conference – 8am – 5pm on the 5th floor
Tuesday, April 8th – GHS Dragon Boat celebration – 5th floor – 3 pm setup and 5-9 pm event
Wednesday, April 9th – 5-8 pm – Marketing Conference – 5th floor
Thursday, April 10th – Clemson Development Board Meeting – 8 am – 5 pm, 5th floor
April 11th, 12th, and 13th – MRED 11th Anniversary Celebration & Practicum, 5th floor – times vary but most of the day each day

A FRIENDLY REMINDER
The kitchen/break room areas on the 7th and 8th floors are for faculty, staff, and ONE security staff use only. The student break room is on the 6th floor and provides free coffee as well as a fridge and microwave for student use. Whether you are a student, professor or staff member - please be courteous to others and do not help yourself to food or beverages that do not belong to you. We have had numerous instances of food that was purchased for events being opened and eaten by others, particularly in the kitchen on the 7th floor. If you did not bring it, ask before you eat it. If you put something in the kitchen that  you intend to share with everyone, please label it as such or send an email inviting everyone to partake. We are all adults and having to police the food and keep items under lock and key is ridiculous. Please be respectful of others and don’t take things that do not belong to you.

STAFF – FURNITURE DELIVERY
The bookshelves, files and other items we have been waiting for arrived at the vendor’s warehouse yesterday and are scheduled to be delivered to us either Monday or Tuesday next week beginning at 9 am. Finally. If you need to arrange your space to accommodate and need assistance please let Jeremy or Will know.
