Please disregard the previous attachment that was sent to you regarding parking at the new building.  The city has reworked the document that is needed and it is attached to this email.  This is the document that you will need to bring to the city rep on October 28-31.

As a follow up to Dr. Pickett's email last week, please find the parking application for Richardson Street Garage attached.  As you were instructed, if you would like parking for the new building starting in January, you must print out and complete this form and return it to a city representative that will be at CATF in the Atrium October 28-31 from 12pm-2pm and 4pm-6pm.  At this time, you will be issued an access card and any questions that you may have will be answered.  Along with your parking application, please bring a check for the amount of $25 as a onetime refundable fee to receive your parking access card.  Please do not lose your card, as a fee of $25 will be charged for every lost card.

Subject: Important Message from the Dean- Clemson MBA will move to Greenville One

Dear Students,

I am happy to announce that we will be officially moving to our new space in the Greenville One building for the spring semester start in January.  This is an exciting time for our program and a great opportunity for our students.  The new location, at the corner of Washington Street and Main Street, houses space that has been specifically designed with you in mind.  We will occupy the 5th-8th floors where there will be state of the art classrooms, plenty of study space, and an outdoor terrace that overlooks Main Street.

I want to make you aware of some changes that will occur due to this move.  One big change from Clemson at the Falls (CATF) will be our parking situation.  We have been very lucky to have such convenient and free parking attached to our building at CATF which is very rare for academic programs located within a city or on a campus.  In our new location at Greenville One, you must now pay to park.  Because we will be located just off of Main Street in this prime downtown location, we have worked with the City of Greenville to get you the best deal possible.  We have contracted to have you park at the Richardson Street Garage, which is conveniently located just across the plaza from the new building.  We have negotiated a heavily discounted rate of $40/month.    We strongly recommend that you take advantage of this due to the convenience that it will provide.  Parking access cards will be issued to those that choose this parking option for convenient in and out access.

Next week, we will be sending out parking applications that must be completed and returned to a city representative that will be available at CATF in the Atrium October 28-31 from 12pm-2pm and 4pm-6pm.  At this time, you will be issued an access card and any questions that you may have will be answered.  If you want parking for the Greenville One building, you must submit this application during this time.  Along with your parking application, please bring a check for the amount of $25 as a onetime refundable fee to receive your parking access card. Starting December 1, you will be asked to go online and pay for your parking for the Spring 2014 semester.  Parking will be charged in a lump sum for the Spring/Fall semesters and monthly during the summer.  This is non refundable.

Please keep an eye out for more detailed information on the parking situation and upcoming move from our staff in the coming weeks.  We assure you that we will do everything we can to help make this transition as seamless as possible for you.
