[MBA-FT-Students] FW: BMW Plant Tour UPDATE

This is an update on the BMW tour from my email last week.  The tour date is
scheduled for Friday, February 17, 2012 at 9:15 am.  We have twenty spots
reserved.  Currently 14 people have contacted me with interest in the tour.
If you are still are interested, contact me ASAP because I will only be able
to accept the remaining 6 spots on a first-come first-serve basis. 

 

For those that have already contact me I will be sending you a copy of the
waiver that must be signed.  Once complete send me a copy and also keep a
copy for your records.

Good evening:

 

I hope the new semester is going well for everyone.  The purpose of this
email is to gauge interest in participating in a BMW plant tour at the local
facility.  I believe that this would be a great experience for all of us to
attend.  The cost per person will be covered by the MBASA.  Please see link
below for more information regarding the tour.  Take note of the listed
restrictions as far as dress code.  If you are interested in witnessing the
state of the art facility please email me.  In the email, also include the
most convenient day/time that you would be available (Monday - Friday
9:30am-5:30pm).  We will try to accommodate the majority.
