[MBA-FT-Students] Welcome Back

On Behalf of the MBASA, I would like to welcome all new and returning MBA
students.  I hope everyone had an amazing first week of classes.


Here are a few announcements:


*First General Meeting*:

The MBASA will be holding its first general meeting next week.  I will send
an email next week indicating the specific date and time.  Please check
your inboxes for the meeting agenda.



*Football Tickets*:

If you are interested in joining the MBASA student block, then today is the
last day to email me your *name and CUID#* .  The MBA block was created to
foster camaraderie among MBA students, and to make ticket pickup and
distribution more convenient for MBA students.  All block seating tickets
will be distributed in the CATF lobby by the MBASA.  When tickets are
available, all block members will receive a pickup notification.  Since, I
have receive numerous questions regarding the ticket distribution, I have
included the block seating and the graduate student ticket policies below.


*Block Seating Policy**:*

*Seating*

Block seating areas are in the South Stands, North Stands, and Top Decks.
Organizations will be rotated in these areas.  Organizations that
participate in block seating each week will be given priority over those
that request a block on special occasions.


*Guest Tickets:*

Guest tickets cost $10.00 each for Ball State and Furman.  The Ga.Tech,
Maryland and NC State games are $24.00 each.  *No guest tickets are
expected to be available for the Va. Tech game, however, if available they
are $65.00 each.  South Carolina guest tickets will not be available.*
Season guest tickets will be sold in the Athletic Ticket Office, Monday,
August 20 through Wednesday, August 29, 2012 (all orders are subject to
availability).  Students that have purchased the season guest ticket will
receive a guest ticket for all home games.  Each student is responsible for
purchasing his/her guest ticket and informing the block ticket
representative they have a guest ticket to exchange for seating with the
block.  The guest ticket must be turned over to the block ticket
representative prior to issuing a ticket in the block.



*Graduate Student Ticket Policy***



Graduate student tickets will be sold in the Athletic Ticket Office August
20 – August 29, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.



Graduate students enrolled in 9 or more hours are eligible for tickets with
the same privileges and restrictions that apply to seniors.



Graduate students enrolled in less than 9 semester hours are eligible to
purchase a seasonticket for $160. All graduate students may purchase one
season date ticket for $256.



The tickets purchased during this time will be located on the hill.
Graduate students may exchange their hill tickets for a stadium seat during
regular undergraduate distribution based on seat availability.
