Speaker:  Paul Shaw


[cid:image001.png at 01CCADB8.28EA4050]Paul Shaw, is the President and one of the original founders of Heritage Healthcare. Prior to starting Heritage, Paul had an extensive background in a variety of healthcare settings, ranging from physician practice management to COO of a large privately held contract therapy management company. He later served as a Vice President of one of the nation's largest therapy companies. His healthcare career started in 1984 and he has worked in the rehabilitation industry since 1989. Paul is responsible for providing the overall direction for the company and anticipating the many changes in the rehabilitation industry and positioning Heritage for those changes.

Paul is recognized for his advocacy of resident care and his commitment to adequate reimbursement for those services and has served on many national committees in support of these issues. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C.
