[Mathreu] travel reimbursement

Hi all,

If you have not already sent paperwork to Janice for reimbursement of your
travel to and from the REU this past summer, please do so right away.  Also,
let me know if you are planning to do this, since we will be making plans to
spend out the grant and don't want to do so before reimbursing you all.
