[Mathreu] REU write up on k-regular partitions

I am attaching the reu write up on k-regular partitions along with John
Webb's proof of our conjecture for 13-regular partitions and James Sellers
and Michael Hirschorn's more elementary proof of the Ramanujan congruences
we discovered for 5-regular partitions.

The REU write up and Seller's paper are probably the easiest to read while
Webb's paper is only slightly more difficult.  Let me know if you have any
questions.
