Hello,

I hope that preparations for the Fall semester are going smoothly.

I want to inform of you of the upcoming PANTS X meeting in
Savannah, GA at Armstrong Atlantic University Sept. 19 and 20.

We plan for two plenary talks, one of which has been confirmed:

There is no registration fee.  We have funding from the NSA and NSF;
as such, we expect to partially (and hopefully, fully) fund travel and
lodging
for regional participants.  If you plan to attend and would like to
apply for travel/lodging reimbursement, you must e-mail Jim Brown
(jimlb at clemson.edu) at least one week before the meeting (i.e., by
Friday, September 11) to register.  The meeting website (see above)
has a visitor expense form.

We are also soliciting contributed talks of 20 to 30 minutes.  If you
would like to give a talk, please e-mail one of the local organizers,
Mark Budden (Mark.Budden at armstrong.edu) and
Sungkon Chang (Sungkon.Chang at armstrong.edu);
or you can e-mail it to any of the addresses below and we will pass it along.
