[Mathreu] Notes for Wed. 5-23

Hey all,

Here are the notes from today's lecture found in the PDF. Also included is
the LaTex file, 5_23.tex, that was used to generate this PDF as well as
the images that were used.

In addition, you will find a brief discussion of Euler-Maclaurin Summation
(both LaTex & PDF) from Neil.

Also from Neil, is the early draft of the paper that was promised to you 
that discusses the connection between Euler-MacLaurin Summation and Boole
Summation.

Finally, the website that has links to the notes from the past few days
(and will soon contain these) is up and running. The web address is:
