[Mathreu] [Fwd: REU]

Hi all,

The University of Tennessee REU would like to meet us for a hike (see 
email below).  What do y'all think about doing this?  I will be gone for 
most of the dates that she suggests except for the Monday June 27 date.  
That would be my first day back.

As the director of the REU program at UT, I would like to invite your REU 
group
to meet our group for a hike at Big Creek in the Smokies Mountains National 
Park.
This trail is near the NC border and would take you all about 2 hours to 
arrive.

We could go on a short hike and have a picnic afterwards.  I could bring the
picnic food and stuff.

How about next Friday afternoon, june 25 or Saturday morning, June 25 or
Monday, June 27?

Many times in recent years, some of us from UT have met faculty members from
Clemson at this trail for hikes and picnics.   (Reneke, the ring leader)  So I 
thought it woud be fun to get
our groups together.
