Professor James,
I hope your REU program at Clemson was another success. 

I wanted to drop you an email to mention that we will be hosting the 19th Midwest Conference on Combinatorics, Cryptography, and Computing here at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The conference will be held on October 7-9, 2005. The keynote address will be given by Peter Winkler of Dartmouth college and other confirmed invited speakers include Ralph Grimaldi, Ruth Haas, Walter Wallis and Earl Whitehead. 

As part of the conference we will be hosting an Undergraduate Research Poster Session. Although we are unable to offer travel support to students, if you have students from your REU that are from univeristies in our region, this might be a nice opportunity to present their work. Students are also welcome to give a talk in our contributed paper sessions as well. Students from Clemson are also welcome to participate in either welcome to participate in one or both forums.
