Professor Daniel Kosmas in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell (UMass Lowell) is seeking highly motivated PhD students to join his research team. Two fully funded positions are available in large-scale
and bilevel optimization for public sector problems. Topics broadly include network interdiction models for disrupting illicit trafficking networks, network models for mitigating drug shortages, and supply chain resiliency models for critical commodities.</div>
