scholars, practitioners, and leaders within the broad fields of interest of
TEMS to submit<b> </b>both full papers and extended abstracts. Invited session
proposals are also solicited. Accepted and presented submissions will be
submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexing in Scopus, etc. Special
issues of premier IEEE TEMS journals are also planned. The submission
deadline is February 15, 2025.</p>
