Simulation in Education track of the 2024 Winter Simulation Conference
(WSC'24), which will be held December 15-18 in Orlando, Florida. WSC is the
premier modeling and simulation conference providing a high-quality outlet for
simulation research and simulation applications including simulated and
immersive environments in education (such as virtual reality, augmented
reality, mixed reality, video games, artificial intelligence, Lego and virtual
labs, etc.). The papers will be published in ACM and IEEE Digital proceedings.
The full description of the Simulation in Education track is provided below
along with the submission deadlines. For more information, please check

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12pt;color:black">The Simulation in Education track aims to share pedagogical,
andragogical, and didactic approaches that employ or promote the use of
simulation in education. These approaches could utilize technology-enhanced
environments (e.g., video games, simulations, mixed reality, pervasive
computing), non-technology environments/approaches (e.g., Lego simulations and
role-play), or a combination of both. The track is focused on educators and
trainers who are interested in incorporating simulations into classrooms,
and/or training programs to educate the next generation of scientists,
engineers, healthcare professionals, artists, humanists, and social scientists.
It is for anyone interested in learning and developing the skills necessary to
teach simulation. All learning delivery modes and situations are of interest,
i.e., in-person vs remote learning, formal vs informal learning, K-12, higher
education, professional training, continuing education, adult learning, etc.
