Annual IISE Doctoral Colloquium to be held Saturday, May 18 with a “3-Minute Thesis Pitch” competition to follow on Sunday, May 19.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="color:black">This in-person event is designed for doctoral candidates expecting to graduate by Spring 2026. Panels of experts will lead discussions on various topics of interest, including
job search, interviewing tips, choosing a career, life in industry, academia, and entrepreneurship, career-life balance, diversity in the workplace, and professional service. Students are required to give a short presentation of their dissertation research
during a “3-Minute Thesis Pitch” competition on Sunday, May 19. The top presentations will receive prize money.
<b>Participants in the 3-Minute Thesis Pitch are required to attend the colloquium</b>. Winners will be acknowledged at the CIEADH meeting on Monday, May 20.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
