Still time to submit 250-word abstracts to the 2026 IISE Conference (Nov. 17 extended deadline)!

The 2026 IISE Annual Conference program chairs are excited to share that the conference has partnered with IISE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering and IISE Transactions on Occupational Ergonomics and Human Factors to offer conference-based special issues!

Authors whose abstracts are accepted for the conference may choose to have full manuscripts reviewed by the journal*. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the conference-based special issue of the journals. Look forward to seeing everyone at the 2026 IISE Annual Conference!

*submitted papers must align with journals' scope and manuscript types

The deadline for abstract submissions to the 2026 IISE Annual Conference is coming up on November 10, 2025. As Program Chairs, we invite you to submit an abstract and share your latest research, solutions, and innovations with the industrial and systems engineering community. The conference is a premier forum for exchanging knowledge and discoveries and bringing together both researchers and practitioners.
