[IISE Faculty List] Call for Abstracts to Present at the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting in the Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Track

Due to changes to the design of the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, INFORMS Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Society is implementing a new centralized system, where TSL members submit abstracts to a TSL scientific committee, rather than directly to session chairs (as was the process in past conferences).

Given TSL has access to only a limited number of sessions, submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a TSL Scientific Committee.  The committee will determine whether your submitted abstract gets slotted for a research presentation, a flash talk, or a poster presentation.  Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:

  *       Scientific quality and contribution to the research literature
  *       Relevance to TSL
  *       Readability, clarity, conciseness, and coherence

  *   The 2025 Annual Meeting limit talks to one per attendee.  Thus, you should only submit one abstract to this call as a presenting author.  Authors can be listed as a non-presenting author on multiple abstracts.
  *   TSL membership is required to present in one of TSL's invited sessions. Further, the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting will feature a Job Market Showcase stream for current PhD students, post-docs, and recent graduates (with actual or anticipated graduation dates between 2023-26) who will be searching for academic or industry jobs in the 2025-26 academic year. This stream will be organized with high visibility to make it easy for potential employers to visit talks by candidates and you can select a TSL designation in that track.
