Conference Theme:
Leading and Sustaining Operational Excellence in the Era of Digitalization

Conference Goals:
The conference aims to build a global network of researchers and practitioners committed to advancing Operational Excellence (OPEX). It will provide a platform to share best practices and case studies from diverse industrial sectors while critically evaluating the impact of digitalization tools on OPEX efforts. Participants will explore the common challenges in sustaining OPEX initiatives and discuss strategies to overcome them. The conference also seeks to assess the current state of OPEX across different regions of the world in the context of digital transformation and to identify research gaps that can be addressed through international collaboration and innovation.
