Position Description
The Schools of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) and Computer Science (CS) at the University of Oklahoma invite qualified candidates for one postdoctoral research position starting in January 2025. The postdoc appointment is expected to be for a minimum of one year and up to two-and-a-half years. The postdoc will be responsible for: (i) conducting research and taking leadership in writing research papers and proposals for research funding, (ii) assisting in the supervision of graduate and undergraduate research assistants, along with basic administrative support, and (iii) teaching a course in the School of ISE.

Required Qualifications for Postdoc

  *   Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or closely related fields
  *   Knowledge of optimization, networks, and algorithms
  *   Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning
  *   Knowledge of Python programming
  *   Good English writing and presentation skills
