The Department of Engineering Technology, on-line and in-person Master of Science Programs in Engineering Management is looking for an Open Rank Tenure Line Faculty. Please see the announcement below.

Open Rank Tenure Line Faculty, Engineering Management

Texas State University is excited to announce a new online PhD program in Engineering Management (pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges) to complement our existing in-person and online MS in Engineering Management programs.  We are seeking applicants to fill a tenure-track position at the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor to teach in the MS programs and the PhD program once it is fully approved.


Applicants with expertise in all areas related to engineering management are invited to apply, and particular consideration will be given to candidates with online teaching experience in engineering management, industrial engineering, or systems engineering.
The individual selected for this position will be expected to teach engineering management courses at the graduate level, and to secure external funding and to conduct and publish research in engineering management topics, appropriate for an emerging research institution. Engagement in service to the university and the profession is also expected.


Proposed Start Date:  Fall 2025
