Greetings from Penn State!

We would like to draw your attention to the IISE 2024 Innovative Practices In Service Systems Award. We welcome submissions from individuals, teams and organizations in the service sector from industry, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and academia from across the world by the March 31st deadline. The award will be given to the top three teams and be presented at the IISE Annual Conference & Expo May 18-21, 2024 at the Montreal Convention Centre in Montreal, Canada. Finalists will receive a complimentary conference registration and a $500 travel stipend for up to two members to represent the team at the conference.

Finalists are required to provide follow-up webinars sponsored by the Council on Industrial and Systems Engineering (CISE) for members and customers of IISE for supporting world-wide dissemination of such innovations across the ISE profession.
