We are interested in all aspects of OpEx, Lean, Quality Management, digitalization, applications in HEI and the Public sector (Healthcare, Legal, government, Education, etc.), or common themes across all sector types.

There will be a special issue of the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma (Emerald) for selected papers.
