Dear Colleagues:

Dr. Wil Wilhelm, the 7th EIC of IISE Transactions, contributed the article, “Birth and early years of the focused-issue structure of IISE Transactions,” which details how the focused issue structure of the Transactions was created 30 years ago.  The article is now available online https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/24725854.2023.2167137.  Taylor and Francis allows this article free access for 12 months.  The article will be in print in the June issue of 2023, as a “Former EIC’s Perspective.”
