Ohio University is organizing the 12th International Conference on Production Research -Americas Region, ICPR Americas 2024 on July 22-24, 2024 in Athens. IFPR (International Foundation for Production Research) has been organizing biannual regional International Conference on Production Research - Americas region since the first regional conference in 2002.

The conference will cover many important topics in production research in the global economy, such as Intelligent Production for Circular Economy, Digital and Cyber Manufacturing and Services for Industry 4.0 & 5.0, Smart Factories and Industrial Internet of Things. Innovative Manufacturing Systems and Services, Sustainable Manufacturing and Engineering, Enterprise Knowledge Engineering, Explainable AI in Production and Manufacturing.
