Each person has a unique work-life schedule, preferences, email hygiene, and circumstances. A few words about mine:
* If you receive this at night or on a weekend/holiday, please understand I am not encouraging you to do the same. Thank you for understanding that my time to work on emails is often relegated to these not-universally-convenient times.
* Due to an overwhelming volume of emails (sent and received) relative to other work priorities, I try to prioritize urgent emails. If I failed to address an important item, please remind me or contact me by phone. If I am delayed to respond to a non-urgent item, please be patient or work with my assistants to identify an email-alternative.
* If you want to exchange email strategies, Outlook tricks, and time management techniques I am all ears and am happy to share my own, honed through decades of iterative testing!
My assistants:
