Tsinghua University is searching globally for talented postdoc researchers for the adventure to solve the challenging problems of 1) complex networked system reliability & maintainability and 2) prognostics and health management & machine learning. The research will be funded by various national projects as well as industrial projects. See two attachments, including information about Shuimu program.
Qualifications: PhD degree in industrial engineering, computer science, statistics, operations research, applied mathematics or other relevant engineering majors from recognized universities; Good publication records on top journals in the relevant domains of engineering, operations research, or statistics; Capable of working independently; Accountable, hardworking, and good teamwork spirit; Proficiency in oral and written English.
Start of contract: to be negotiated Duration: 2 years – extendable
Salary and Benefits - Salary: base 240K CNY (or ~35k USD) per year + generous bonus; Fully equipped laboratory for scientific research; Funding for international conference trips; World-class campus environments; Medical and accommodation benefits from Tsinghua University.
