The Engineering Economy Division (EED) of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) invites you to submit your abstracts to the division for the 2023 ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition being held in Baltimore, Maryland, June 24-28, 2023. The abstract submission deadline has been extended to November 7.

EED offers both regular technical sessions and special sessions. Special sessions, including Course Strategies for Engineering Economy Instruction and Curriculum Elements for Innovative Teaching, offer opportunities for you to submit short papers (3 to 5-pages) for the conference. In addition, we invite you to submit papers on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. All accepted papers are eligible for the EED Best Paper Award which comes with $1,000. In addition, EED authors submitting short papers to the special sessions may be eligible for a $250-500 travel sponsorship (for accepted papers) to help defray the cost of attending the conference. Currently, the number of sponsorships available exceeds the number of special session abstracts received. So please consider submitting an abstract. We also encourage educators with less than 6 years of experience teaching engineering economy to submit an abstract. All accepted papers in this category will be eligible for the New Engineering Economy Educator Award ($1,000).
