2022 INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL CONFERENCE: EMERGING AREAS OF ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT-ENERGY SYSTEMS TRACK
 Call for Papers
Chair: Ona Egbue, PhD., University of South Carolina Upstate
The Emerging areas: Energy Systems Track Chair invites submissions for present-to-publish papers and presentations only for the 2022 International Annual Conference (IAC) of the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM), which will be held in Tampa, Florida from October 5-8, 2022. Presenters, including international presenters, whose work would contribute to the Emerging Areas: Energy Systems track, are welcome to submit papers. The ASEM International Annual Conference is a peer-reviewed conference. Abstracts are published in the conference book; papers are published in the conference proceedings; presentations are not published. Membership in ASEM is not required and nonmembers are cordially invited to submit contributions.
The Emerging areas: Energy Systems track will deal with an array of topics including (but not limited to) the following:
-       Smart grid integration and management
-       Grid balancing and optimization
-       Decision support tools for energy systems management
-       Proactive design and protection of energy systems
-       Performance measures and incentive structures for energy systems management
-       Sustainable energy systems
-       Case studies in energy systems and sustainability

11 March, 2022            Abstract submissions (up to 250 words) for full paper, presentation only
                                    Abstracts for tutorials, workshops, panels.
28 March 2022           Abstract acceptance notification
                                  Tutorials, workshops, panels acceptance notification
30 May 2022              Deadline for full paper submission (Optional)
                                   Proposal for workshops, panels, and tutorials due
11 July, 2022              Paper acceptance notification
                                    Workshops, panels, and tutorials acceptance notification
25 July, 2022              Final paper submission
     01 August, 2022          Final paper acceptance notification
     08 August, 2022          Deadline for presenter registration
22 August, 2022          Preliminary Technical Presentation Schedule Published
