at Le Moyne College, located in Syracuse, New York, invites applications
from qualified candidates for a full-time, *tenure-track position of
Assistant Professor in Business Analytics* to begin in the Fall 2023
academic semester.

*Job Description:*
We are primarily interested in a colleague with teaching experience and
research interests in business analytics, machine learning, data
visualization, predictive analytics, enterprise systems and/or
human-computer interaction. Background and teaching experience in areas
including data science, marketing analytics, financial analytics, data
mining, unstructured data analytics, and sports analytics, would be highly
preferred. Candidates should also be able and willing to teach online and
Hyflex format. In addition to a (typical) 3-3 teaching load, and engaging
in scholarly research, a reasonable amount of service is expected -
including advising students and active participation in the mission and
processes of the Madden School of Business and of Le Moyne College.

*Requirements:*

   - A Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain
   Management, Operations Management, Management Science, Industrial
   Engineering or a closely related field (completed before the start date of
   the position) from an AACSB-accredited institution or similarly recognized
   international program is required.
   - Previous experience and evidence of quality teaching and research is
   highly preferred.
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
   - A strong interest in undergraduate and graduate teaching at a liberal
   arts institution is essential.
