Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite nominations for the Manufacturing & Design Division
Annual Awards.



IISE Manufacturing & Design (M&D) Division sponsors two annual awards to
recognize outstanding contribution to the M&D Session Proceedings:

IISE MANUFACTURING AND DESIGN (M&D) DIVISION BEST STUDENT PAPER AWARD

This award recognizes excellence in the conference proceedings under
Manufacturing & Design (M&D) division whose primary contributor is a
Student Member of the IISE Manufacturing and Design Division.

*Eligibility:* The lead author is an IISE student member of M&D division at
the time of submission and remains an IISE member through the presentation
at the conference. The student has submitted a full conference paper by
January 24th, 2021 and must participate in IISE Conference 2021 to present
their work.

*Nomination Process:* The faculty/PI of the student should complete the
attached nomination form (attached) and send it to *Jia Deng (*
*jiadeng at binghamton.edu* <jiadeng at binghamton.edu>*) and Alaa Elwany
(elwany at tamu.edu <elwany at tamu.edu>)* by February 29th, 2021.

*Recognition:* The winner will be recognized at M&D Town Hall meeting with
a certificate presentation, M&D website, newsletter and social media outlets



IISE MANUFACTURING AND DESIGN (M&D) DIVISION BEST TRACK PAPER AWARD

This award recognizes excellence in the conference proceedings under
Manufacturing and Design (M&D) Division at-large, including paper
submissions from industry members, faculty and others.

*Eligibility:* The lead author is an IISE member of M&D division at the
time of submission and remains an IISE member through the presentation at
the conference. The lead author has submitted a full conference paper by
January 24th, 2021 and must participate in IISE Conference 2021 to present
their work.

*Nomination Process:* There is no nomination required for this award except
submission of full conference paper by January 24th, 2021.

*Recognition:* The winner will be recognized at M&D Town Hall meeting with
a certificate presentation, M&D website, newsletter and social media outlets
