As Editor-in-Chief of the INFORMS journal /Decision Analysis/, I wanted
to let you know that the March issue has now been published.  It begins
with an editorial coauthored by Simon French (Department of Statistics,
University of Warwick) and myself, "/Decision Analysis/ Focus and
Trends," which can help you decide whether an upcoming publication of
yours might be appropriate for the journal.  The issue includes five
other papers, including one that may be of particular interest to
industrial engineers:

"On Bi-level Optimization with Inexact Follower," by Hosein Zare and
Oleg Prokopyev (Industrial Engineering, University of Pittsburgh), and
Dennis Saure (Industrial Engineering, University of Chile)

Enjoy reading, and consider submitting your work!

Wisconsin-Madison)
