The 2020 NSF ENG CAREER Proposal Writing Workshop will be held March 31 - April 2, 2020, in Arlington, VA, just outside of Washington, DC. The proposal writing workshop aims to provide junior faculty who plan to submit a CAREER Award proposal to a program in the NSF’s Directorate for Engineering (ENG)<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nsf.gov%2Fdir%2Findex.jsp%3Forg%3DENG&data=02%7C01%7Cjennifer.karlin%40mnsu.edu%7C34391445973041702af308d752668f57%7C5011c7c60ab446ab9ef4fae74a921a7f%7C0%7C0%7C637068472756380207&sdata=MSnE4PwNxGPpbWmUK5GLnkNTdXmvIl4mMG6t7M%2BKeKA%3D&reserved=0> with a CAREER proposal review experience and a forum in which they can interact with NSF Program Directors and recent NSF CAREER awardees.

Attendees of the 2020 NSF ENG CAREER Proposal Writing Workshop will benefit from:


  *   Six mock proposal reviews by panels
  *   Plenaries from engineering leaders
  *   Focus sessions on time management and effective proposal writing
  *   Guidance on the integration of education and research
  *   Networking opportunities and industry-focused discussions
  *   Interaction across disciplines and engineering schools nationwide
