Participants will be given the opportunity to work alongside faculty and graduate student mentors in ongoing faculty research in cybermanufacturing related topics. These include developing new "Apps" for real-time applications, architecture and working with innovative machines and data analytics, and investigating new design approaches. The participants will also have an opportunity to participate in several enrichment activities like industry tour, GRE workshop, research seminar, and Aggies Invent program.  The program description and how to apply are given below.

Program Description: The summer research program on Cybermanufacturing is an REU Program (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) with funding provided by the National Science Foundation. This REU will take place over the 10-week period from May 26 to August July 31st, and will include undergraduate students from other universities as well as students from Texas A&M. This summer's program will include a cohort of up to ten students. Financially, travel costs for field trips will be supported and housing will be provided at no cost to each participant. Additionally, each participant will be given a weekly $500 stipend. If accepted, all participants are required to attend the full 10-week long program without any vacation except for the University approved holidays.
