[Iefac.list] Teaching Production and Operations Management course Online

Dear Colleagues:

This coming Spring, I will be teaching an online (asynchronous) section of
the graduate Operations Management (OM) course that is required of our
MBA, MS in Supply Chain Management, and MS in Business Analytics degree
programs.  This course can also be used as an elective in some other
graduate degree programs.

While I have taught this course on-campus and via interactive television,
I have never taught this course in an online or asynchronous manner.
Therefore, I would appreciate hearing from those who have taught such a
course online so that I can design this course well for teaching in
Spring.  Any tips for the design and teaching this graduate OM course
including course syllabi would be really helpful
