Howdy all,

Dr. Richard A. Wysk is retiring and we're having a party to celebrate his career at the IISE Conference in Orlando!

His academic career has spanned five decades and four universities. First at Virginia Tech, then to Penn State, then to Texas A&M, and then back to Penn State, and now currently at North Carolina State. The four industrial engineering department heads at each of these universities...Eileen Van Aken of the Grado Department at Virginia Tech, Janis Terpenny of the IME Department at Penn State, Mark Lawley of the ISE Department here at Texas A&M, and Julie Swann of the Edward P. Fitts Department at North Carolina State...have graciously offered to collectively co-sponsor Rick's retirement reception at this year's IISE Conference. Here are the details:

Dr. Richard A. Wysk Retirement Reception: Sunday, May 19 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time in the Hospitality Suite 1501 room in the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel and Conference Center. His 39 PhD students from his four universities invite you to come and collectively toast our adviser with light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.
