[Iefac.list] OR & Analytics Stack Exchange site -- please help launch!

Dear IE/OR Friends,

Several of us have proposed a new *Stack Exchange Q&A site for Operations
Research and Analytics.* (Think: Stack Overflow for OR and Analytics.) It
will serve a similar purpose as the now-dormant OR Exchange
<https://www.or-exchange.org/>, a standalone site that had to be shuttered
due to over-spamming. In short, the site is a place where users can post
OR/analytics-related questions and other users can answer them.

The proposed site currently resides in Stack Exchange's "Area 51", the
staging zone for new site proposals. We are in Phase 2, which means *we
need to demonstrate "commitment"* (interest in the site) by a certain
number of people. Every additional person counts, and we particularly need
people who are already users on other Stack Exchange sites (Stack Overflow,
TeX Stack Exchange, Math Stack Exchange, etc.).

check out the sample questions, and, if so moved, register to "follow" the
site, then agree to "commit". Also, please spread the word to your fellow
OR/Analytics enthusiasts.
