Dear Colleagues:

The Quality Control and Reliability Engineering (QCRE) Division Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) is sponsoring the QCRE Track at the 2019 IISE Annual Conference and Expo. The conference is a forum for exchanging knowledge and discoveries in the industrial and systems engineering research and practitioner communities. The 2019 IISE Annual Conference and Expo integrates research and industry under one conference.

As the track chairs of the QCRE contributed session, we would like to encourage you to contribute to the conference by submitting an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work in a session. Each session will be 80 minutes and have four presenters. Each speaker will have 20 minutes for his or her presentation. If the speaker needs additional time, two abstracts under the same name can be submitted for a 40 minutes presentation. Abstracts are welcome for the QCRE Track in the following areas:

  *   Reliability, Availability, Maintainability
  * Reliability Prediction, Modeling and Analysis
  *   Physical Reliability Modeling
  *   Reliability Growth Modeling
  *   Degradation and Lifetime Testing
  *   Accelerated Life Testing
  * Fault Tree and System Failure Analysis, FMEA
  *   System Reliability and Optimization
  *   Repairable Systems
  *   Warranty Data Analysis
  *   Data Mining
  * Distributed Sensing and Data Analysis
  *   Safety and Risk Management
  *   Decision Analysis and Risk
  *   Systems Engineering and Design

  *   Systems Resilience Analysis
  * Quality Engineering and Applied Statistics
  * Quality Improvement in the Service Sector
  *   Quality Planning and Management
  * Statistical Quality Control and Diagnosis
  * Six Sigma Methods and Process Capability
  * Statistical Process Control & Tolerancing
  * Design and Analysis of Experiments
  *   Profiles and Multiple Responses
  *   Multivariate and Bayesian Methods
  *   Response Surface Methodology
  *   Regression and Forecasting
  *   Sampling and Inspection
  *   Nonparametric Methods
  * Big Data in Quality and Reliability

We invite all presenters to submit a paper for consideration in this year's proceedings. The papers should contain results that are significant and have archival value to the industrial and systems engineering research and practitioner community. The presenters will have the option to submit full papers with a six-page limit to be considered for publication in conference proceedings and/or the best track paper award. The full papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

The important deadlines for the conference are (NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS)
