Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) is participating in an Institute-wide hiring initiative in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).  The call for applications at all ranks is located here:

The ISE Department encourages applications by individuals with strong methodological capabilities whose work addresses compelling problems in one or more high-impact domains. Examples include, but are not limited to, machine learning in the context of optimization and artificial intelligence in the context of combined human/machine systems.

Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the search committee via email (ise at rpi.edu) prior to applying for the position. Use the subject line “ISE AI/ML position.” Applications may be submitted by following the instructions in the job posting. Members of the search committee will be conducting informational interviews at the INFORMS Annual Meeting.  Candidates should reach out to the committee prior to October 28 to be considered for one of these interviews.
