Full time Tenured Professor Faculty Positions in Industrial Engineering in
Antalya Turkey

DESCRIPTION:

The Department of Industrial Engineering at Antalya Bilim University (ABU)
seeks candidates for tenured or tenure track full time Professor positions
starting September, 2018. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Industrial
Engineering or a closely related field. The department emphasizes both
high-quality research and teaching. Faculty duties include research,
teaching at undergraduate levels and graduate levels, supervision of master
and Ph.D. students and other related tasks.

The Department of Industrial Engineering at ABU aims to be the leader in
service science and management in the area and in the world. The department
has established strong partnerships with tourism, health, and logistics
sectors in the area. The new faculty member is expected to enhance and
expand these relationships, especially with companies in service sector, in
which fundamentals of industrial engineering can be applied.

The candidates should demonstrate ability in initiating and maintaining
high-quality research projects and a strong commitment to attracting
external funding as well as building university-industry partnerships.
Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in
teaching, interact and participate in outreach activities, and be involved
in service to the University and the profession. Applications in all areas
of Industrial Engineering will be accepted.
