Please note the following:

The deadline for speakers to register for the conference has been extended to Monday, August 27. Abstracts for which there is no presenting author registered for the conference by the registration deadline will be automatically removed from the conference program and proceedings by the web management system. If the presenting author cannot register by the deadline, a co-author can register and present the paper but should notify (via e-mail) the technical program chairs before the deadline.
